Those who will probably cover one of the most trickiest topics in the realm of Chemistry, the Periodic Table, would be thankful for this homebrewed Periodic Table application for Apple’s iPhone and iPod touch.
Created by BigBoss, the Periodic Table for the Apple touchscreen handhelds pretty much makes browsing through the elements easier that blindly tracing a chart with a tip of the finger in search of a certain element. Aside from the usual visual chart, BigBoss’s Periodic Table also lists each entry in alphabetical order, as well as categorizing them by element type (non-metal, alkali metal, etc.).
Of course, the Periodic Table displays the much-needed info for every entry, a very important feature especially when you’re using the application as a study aid for your Chemistry subject.
